A free, confidential phone service for people in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety. Lines are open Monday to Thursday 6 pm to 2am, and Friday 6pm to Monday 6 am.

Health Service Contacts

Care When It Counts (CWIC) Mental Health Service: 01620 642 963
If you are feeling anxious, depressed or have other worries about your mental health, you can call the CWIC mental health service Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. When you call, an experienced worker will take your details and make an appointment for you to speak to a Mental Health Occupational Therapist or Nurse, who will ring you back at a time that is convenient for you within the next 36 hours.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) Support Line: 01620 642 968
The East Lothian MSK support line is open to help people who are experiencing muscle and joint pain from 09.00 to 11.30 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. You don’t need a referral from a GP or other clinical professional to use it.
